Dont ever say

That mainstream hip hop never helped out hip hop, in fact, so many of them underground emcees as well as fans who are blaming mainstream hip hop for killing hip hop with lackluster rhymes which talk about gats, bitches, cars and shit like that - and guess what, i was one of them, then i realized something, i can into contact with hip hop from listening to Snoop Dogg's songs, which i still listen to this day sometimes, as i was listening to that, i thot to myself, how can i express hatred towards these rappers when i myself started rhyming because i emulate that snoop's smooth and fluid flow, still i cannot achieve such feat, but at that time i was like every other adolescent talking about those things that fascinates us and i started to evolve from that, from snoop, i started to go to 2pac because how his lyrics somehow brought impact into me, and then i got involved in rap a little bit more with going to forums and such.

At that time, i was still a naive, young aspired lyricist and whatnot trying to show my lyrical skills at a local forum, then i noticed how their rhymes where much, much more complex and intelligent, or to put into a more hip hop friendly context its much more doper than my rhymes were, and then i wander thru google, trying to search for rappers/emcees that were much doper than the next to try to achieve this level of dopeness, and still learning how to be doper everyday. I didnt start out with Immortal Technique or Mos Def or Rakim but instead started with these, so-called mediocre rhymers such as Snoop, 2pac. (altho he is a legend, people still doubt his lyrical skills) And not every rapper in the mainstream is as stupid as Soulja Boy, there are rappers such as Chamillionaire, Ludacris and Busta Rhymes (he is considered to be more mainstream nowadays) who produce some dope lyrics and be in the mainstream.

Come on, dont tell me u started with Jus Allah, there must be some mainstream rapper u followed before...

Mine was Snoop...

Here is a classic song from Snoop and Dr Dre...

Well, its the number where wack emcees be taking a rake and kill themselves with it or taking a revolver and pulling the trigger. Why, u ask? Its when The Rhymeweaver is going to release his 2nd mixtape, Bloody Hardcore Battle Rhymes as part of his Mixtape plan . Yes We Can

picked this up from the LA Times

Reporting from Islamabad -- In the first such strikes since the inauguration of President Barack Obama, suspected U.S. missile barrages today killed at least 18 people in the lawless tribal region near the Afghan border, Pakistani officials said.

The two raids suggested that the new U.S. administration intends to press ahead with attacks against Islamic militants in the rural areas, even though the campaign has been politically costly to Pakistan's Western-leaning civilian government. President Obama indicated during the campaign for the White House that he would continue to carry out strikes against "high-value" Al Qaeda and Taliban targets on Pakistani soil, particularly if the Pakistani military were unable or unwilling to act. That declaration ruffled some feathers in Pakistan, where the U.S. raids are extremely unpopular.

Although Pakistani leaders have repeatedly lodged formal diplomatic objections to the American airstrikes, the government is widely believed to have given tacit permission to U.S. forces to carry out such raids -- as long as they do not involve sending ground forces into Pakistani territory.

Pakistani news reports cited security officials as saying that at least five of those killed in today's strikes in the North and South Waziristan tribal agencies -- long known as a haven for Al Qaeda and the Taliban -- were militants. Dozens of such raids have been carried out in the last six months by the Bush administration, killing several important Al Qaeda-linked figures. But scores of Pakistani civilians, including women and children, also died, according to local officials.

The first of today's attacks took place in the North Waziristan village of Zharki, with missiles striking at least two structures, according to security officials. A short time later, a separate strike was reported in South Waziristan. The American military in Afghanistan refused any comment on the raids, but U.S. forces are known to operate unmanned Predator drones from bases on the Afghan side of the border, together with newer Reaper aircraft.

In a sign of simmering antigovernment and antiAmerican sentiment, hundreds of people staged a demonstration here today, demanding a severing of ties with the United States. Also today, new violence hit northwestern Pakistan, where Taliban insurgents have pushed beyond the tribal areas to menace civilians and government troops alike. Two Pakistani soldiers and three civilians were reported killed in bombings in the Swat Valley, a onetime tourist area 100 miles north of the Pakistani capital Islamabad where Taliban militants hold sway despite months of government efforts to dislodge them.

So much for death to america

i have been hearing about this thing called, ban products from America because of their support of Israel and whatnot, and i support this decision 100% because not only it slows down the economical growth of that country but also can boost the country's economical status because of us buying local products and such. But the question is, to what extent? Shit, u cant even last a few minutes without an ipod which is a product from apple, an American company, and some might say, oh, i can buy some cheap mp3 player from China. Fuck u, how long can that thing last? about a few years? damn, that thing cant even last a few months with a shitty capacity compared to an ipod which is like the "it" thing with consumers here in Malaysia, almost every teenager has it and those who dont would be eager to buy it sometime in the future or are dreaming to have it.

And some of the best computer companies are from this devil infested nation of sorts such as Hewlett Packard, Dell and others. So, again u might say, oh, i will buy a Toshiba, Sony or whatever company that produces computers from Japan, i have a question, when u switch on that computer, what comes up? Oh look, its WIndows, doesnt matter whether its a Windows XP or Vista or whatever the version is, that is a product of Microsoft, which is a company from America, the country that we are sort of trying to "ban".

There are lots of other things that Malaysians use that are from America or Europe because the companies from these countries are dominating not only in technology, but pretty much everything else, and the mentality of simple minded Malaysians thinking, oh, local products, we are too "high class" for these sorts of merchandise or the simple, local products are shit...

and i too am guilty because writing this entry on a Macbook, a product of Apple inc. USA...

Optical illusions

Just received a new text message from a friend about saving Al-Aqsa mosque, and there is something that kinda bothers me about this, not saying that im not loyal devotee of Islam or I just dont give a fuck about Islam anymore, I too would like to do something to save that mosque from the clutches of Israel. But, do people know which one is the Al-Aqsa mosque?

Here are two pictures of two buildings, one of them is the Al-Aqsa mosque, the other is The Dome of The Rock...

guess which one is the Al-Aqsa mosque?

Top one? guess again...

People often mistaken the Al-Aqsa mosque with the Dome of the Rock , i intentionally didnt put the links early just to keep ur brain on its toes, i mean, why save something if u dont even know how it looks like?

Just doing my bit for Islam to educate the people...
