As i was going through the isles in my local grocery store, i suddenly had this question about the term "soy bean milk". The question that comes to mind, why is it called, milk? I mean, the liquid is extracted from soy beans, would should be reasonable to call it as, well, soy bean juice, wouldn't it? Because if u think about it, grape juice is well, extracted from grape, why isn't soy bean milk is called soy bean juice when it has pretty much the same process?
Went to wikipedia and some do call it as soy bean juice...
So yeah, i'm just posting this out of boredom...
